Hawa Aden Mohamed, a Somali humanitarian has won the Nansen Refugee Award for her exceptional, tireless and inspiring work for Somalia's refugee and displaced girls and women.

A young Kenyan boy has been chosen as one of the 8,000 London 2012 Olympic Torch Bearers.

Nazek Ramadan, founder of Migrant Voice is the Migrant and Refugee Woman of the Year. Nazek received the award at a special ceremony attended by more than 250 people at the Royal Festival Hall in London on 8th March 2012.
