French genius playwright, Molière’s classic comedy “The Miser” is transported from 17th century France to modern day India in Tara Arts’ new stage adaptation “Kanjoos” (Hindi for ‘miser) – “The Miser”.
The production is by the UK’s foremost South Asian theatre company, the critically acclaimed Tara Arts and TV funny-man Hardeep Singh Kohli (Celebrity Masterchef, The Wright Stuff and The Nearly Naked Chef).
As part of the 2012 Cultural Olympiad, Theatre Walley, in partnership with Kashf Foundation, present an Urdu production of Shakespeare’s “Taming of the Shrew” in Oxford.
“Kiss The Badge, Fly The Flag!”- a funny and enlightening show about football, identity and race comes to London.
Naylah Ahmed's compelling and vivid thriller, Mustafa, is touring Bradford, Birmingham and Manchester. The play is co-produced by Kali and Birmingham Repertory Theatre.
